Like to hunt? Got a Camera? Now is your chance to show off your skills with the 2012 Cooper Hunting Viral Video Challenge. Create a video no longer than 5 minutes in length about the
Chameleon bow or gun blind. Selected
videos may be used for commercials in various media formats or featured on our
web site. Videos may be humorous,
serious, and even animated. Creativity is the name of the game!
So how does this Work?
Its easy! Make your video about the Chameleon Blind and upload it to YouTube. You can make your video about anything involving the Chameleon Blind. The possibilities are endless. Make sure that you title your video with "Chameleon Blind" somewhere in the title. Once you have finished, fill out the form below and provide us with a link to your video! See? It's that simple! Our judges panel will vote on the videos in phases. (See the "Prizes" section for more information.)

Submission Agreement
1. The video contest will be conducted from 1 January 2012 thru midnight 31 December 2012. The contest will be broken down into two phases. Phase 1 will run from 1 January 2012 thru 30 June 2012, phase 2 will run from 1 July 2012 thru 31 December 2012. Phase 1 contestants must place their video on You Tube between 25 June 2012 and midnight 30 June 2012.The first place winner for phase 1 will be announced on 5 July 2012. Phase2 contestants must place their video on You Tube between December 26, 2012 and December 31, 2012.The first place winner for phase 2 will be announced on 5 January 2013. The grand prize winner (selected from either phase 1 or phase 2) will be announced on 15 January 2013. Once the contestant places their entry on YouTube, the contestant must fill out the form on this page and provide Cooper Hunting with a link to their video as well as basic contact information. All videos submitted become the sole property of Cooper hunting Industries. By submitting any video, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all of the terms, conditions and rules set forth in the Official Rules and Submission Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, you understand and agree that as a condition of being awarded any prize, winners will be required to execute and deliver a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of the Official Rules and related releases. Please see the Official Rules for more details.
2. Taxes - It is the policy of Cooper Hunting Industries to send a Form 1099 to any person who wins a Prize in excess of $600 (USD) in any given year. However, you remain solely responsible for paying all federal and other taxes in accordance with the laws that apply in your state, province, and/or country of residence.
3. Indemnification - You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cooper Hunting Industries, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, independent contractors, service providers and consultants, and their respective directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, personal injuries, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any contest submission.
Winners
A panel of judges from Cooper Hunting Industries will select the winning videos.
Prizes
1. First place for phase 1 will receive a new millennium tree stand!
2. First place for phase 2 will receive a new millennium tree stand!
3. The grand prize is a new Weatherby rifle or a new Matthews bow!
In addition to the prizes listed above your video may be used in one of Cooper Hunting’s advertising campaigns. You will receive full recognition for your creativity and talent, thus exposing your skills to thousands of people!

Official Contest rules
1. No content shall be considered that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, offensive, obscene, pornographic, indecent, vulgar, lewd, sexually explicit, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy, or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable.
2. No content shall be considered that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or international law.
3. No content shall be considered that describes, references, or otherwise communicates violent, dangerous, illegal, and/or criminal acts against another person.
4. No content shall be considered that describes, references, or otherwise communicates hate or discrimination concerning gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or nationality.
5. No content shall be considered that is harmful to children in any way.
6. No content shall be considered that is harmful to, or degrades the goodwill associated with the trademark(s) or name(s) of Cooper Hunting Industries or any company participating with Cooper Hunting Industries in any contest, or of any of such company’s products or services.
7. No content shall be considered that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party.
8. No content shall be considered that impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.
9. No private information of any third party, including without limitation addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers shall be included in submitted content.
10. No content shall be considered that shows the use of tobacco, drugs, or alcohol products.
11. No content shall be considered that, in the sole judgment of Cooper Hunting Industries is objectionable or which may expose Cooper Hunting Industries, or any company participating with Cooper Hunting Industries in any contest, to any harm or liability of any type.
12. Contest winners are responsible for any fees associated with transferring any firearm into his/her name.
